Start-up Services

It is our experience that Start-ups in Sub-Saharan Africa are most deprived of growth due to a lack of business skills and support. As a result, many viable ideas and business ventures do not take off.

Our services for start-ups are provided in addition to general SME support services and will aim to:

• Increase visibility of local entrepreneurs by supporting them to participate in regional and global value chains resulting in increased economic activities from new sustainable enterprises;

• Accelerate transition from innovation concept – to commercialisation – to growth;

• Enable and properly establish local start-ups and innovative enterprises to be compliant with local legislation requirements; and

• Increase venture capital/private equity investment activities in the country.
